If you struggle with your weight as much as I did, then you know that there is no one size fits all. After I lost about 75 pounds over a two-year period with The EVOLVE METHOD, the last 10-15 pounds just stuck with me. I'm so happy that I discovered intermittent fasting because it is the tool that helped me loose the last stubborn pounds.
Intermittent fasting is not a diet. It's an eating pattern. In simpler terms, it’s making a conscious decision to skip certain meals.
